Cornerstone of the great Médoc estates (Pauillac, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien) and signature of Napa Valley, Coonawarra and Maipo. The world's most planted red variety, a natural cross of Cabernet Franc x Sauvignon Blanc born in Bordeaux.

The wine region of Moldova

Eastern European wine country among the world's most densely planted. Whites dominate (~70%) as signatures. Native Fetească Albă with signature notes of white flowers, pear, citrus and a honeyed touch, tense palate — Moldova's soul. Also ample Chardonnay, mineral Rkatsiteli, straight Aligoté.

The word of the wine: Côte des Bar

This is the name given to the vineyards of the Aube, which are closer to Burgundy, and some of the wines produced here bear witness to this proximity. The pinot noir dominates, the meunier is practically absent. Two crus have become references: Riceys, where a rosé without bubbles is also produced, and Montgueux near Troyes, renowned for its Chardonnay.
