White Viognier is a grape variety that originated in France (Rhone Valley). It produces a variety of grape specially used for wine making. It is rare to find this grape to eat on our tables. This variety of grape is characterized by small bunches, and grapes of small size. Bahia is one of Brazil's 26 states, located in the middle of the vast country's east (Atlantic) coast. Despite its proximity to the Equator, Bahia is home to wine producing Grapevines.
