Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot as signature international reds: firm Cabernet (blackcurrant, cedar, herbs) and supple Merlot (plum, cherry). Airy Pinot Noir as complement. Fresh Chardonnay, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc and taut Riesling in whites.
