Crystalline, taut whites with vibrant acidity and aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers, vineyard peach and mineral/petrol notes with age. Made as dry (Trocken, Alsace), off-dry (Kabinett, Spätlese) and sweet (Auslese, Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese, late harvest). Star of the Moselle, Rheingau, Alsace AOC and Wachau. Also exported to Clare Valley and Finger Lakes.

Confidential wine island of eastern Canada (Gulf of St. Lawrence), cool maritime climate with short summers and harsh winters, typical red sandy soils. Chardonnay and Gamay Noir as signatures in a lively, mineral white with notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers and a refined saline-iodine touch, and a supple red with red fruits and a spiced touch. L'Acadie Blanc as complement.
