The wine region of Troodos South of Cyprus. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Ayia Mavri or the Domaine Ayia Mavri produce mainly wines red, white and sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Troodos South are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cabernet franc and Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
