Umbria, in CentralItaly, is a region of lush hills, hilltop villages and iconic historic towns. The latter are exemplified by Orvieto and Assisi. Prices rising for top California wines
Prices have been rising on California fine wines, and especially Screaming Eagle, said Liv-ex this week.
