The wine region of Cucamonga Valley is located in the region of South Coast of California of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Rancho de Philo or the Domaine Carol Shelton produce mainly wines red, sweet and natural sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Cucamonga Valley are Zinfandel, Cabernet franc and Mourvèdre, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Cucamonga Valley often reveals types of flavors of non oak, oak or spices and sometimes also flavors of black fruit, earth or microbio.
In the mouth of Cucamonga Valley is a powerful. We currently count 11 estates and châteaux in the of Cucamonga Valley, producing 18 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Cucamonga Valley go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or poultry.
