The wine region of Fair Play is located in the region of Sierra Foothills of California of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Perry Creek or the Domaine Jim Olsen produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Fair Play are Zinfandel, Malbec and Cabernet-Sauvignon, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Fair Play often reveals types of flavors of cherry, red fruit or floral and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, tree fruit or earth.
In the mouth of Fair Play is a powerful. We currently count 17 estates and châteaux in the of Fair Play, producing 32 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Fair Play go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or poultry.
