The wine region of Chalone is located in the region of Monterey County of California of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Chalone Vineyard or the Domaine Jolie-Laide produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Chalone are Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Pinot blanc, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Chalone often reveals types of flavors of apples, non oak or floral and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, tropical fruit or citrus fruit.
