The wine region of Malanser is located in the region of Graubünden of Switzerland. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Donatsch or the Domaine Completer Kellerei produce mainly wines white, red and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Malanser are Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Pinot gris, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Malanser often reveals types of flavors of non oak, oak or spices and sometimes also flavors of citrus fruit, microbio or tree fruit.
In the mouth of Malanser is a with a nice freshness. We currently count 18 estates and châteaux in the of Malanser, producing 100 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Malanser go well with generally quite well with dishes of pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna etc) or vegetarian.
