The wine region of La Gomera is located in the region of Iles Canaries of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Ramón Barrera González or the Domaine Niray produce mainly wines white and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of La Gomera are Tempranillo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of La Gomera often reveals types of flavors of earth.
In the mouth of La Gomera is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 10 estates and châteaux in the of La Gomera, producing 13 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of La Gomera go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or veal.
