The wine region of Amontillado Sherry is located in the region of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry of Andalousie of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Bodegas Tradición or the Domaine Equipo Navazos produce mainly wines natural sweet and white. On the nose of Amontillado Sherry often reveals types of flavors of caramel, butter or green apple and sometimes also flavors of peach, red fruit or cedar. In the mouth of Amontillado Sherry is a powerful with a nice freshness.
We currently count 50 estates and châteaux in the of Amontillado Sherry, producing 93 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Amontillado Sherry go well with generally quite well with dishes of sweet desserts, mature and hard cheese or appetizers and snacks.
