The wine region of Odobesti is located in the region of Bucuresti of Romania. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Tenuta Odobesti or the Domaine Vincon Romania produce mainly wines red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Odobesti are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Feteasca neagra and Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. We currently count 2 estates and châteaux in the of Odobesti, producing 2 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The wines of Odobesti go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or game (deer, venison).
