Discovering the wine region of Gibbston

The wine region of Gibbston is located in the region of Central Otago of South Island of New Zealand. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Wild Irishman or the Domaine Two Paddocks produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Gibbston are Pinot noir, Pinot gris and Tempranillo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
