The wine region of Colli Perugini is located in the region of Ombrie of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Goretti or the Domaine Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio produce mainly wines red, white and sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Colli Perugini are Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Colli Perugini often reveals types of flavors of oak, earth or microbio and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, tree fruit or citrus fruit.
In the mouth of Colli Perugini is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 5 estates and châteaux in the of Colli Perugini, producing 15 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Colli Perugini go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or veal.
