The wine region of Parnassos is located in the region of Fokida of Continental Greece of Greece. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Argyriou or the Domaine Argyriou produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Parnassos are Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Pinot noir, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Parnassos often reveals types of flavors of cherry, microbio or black fruit and sometimes also flavors of spices, tropical fruit or floral.
In the mouth of Parnassos is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 1 estates and châteaux in the of Parnassos, producing 8 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Parnassos go well with generally quite well with dishes of pasta, mature and hard cheese or vegetarian.

It is not easy to put it in a single box, not only because it can be produced in red and white but also because the wines can show different characters according to where the vines are planted. Let’s have a look at Saint-Véran vineyard and discover the magnificent and very diverse landscapes of this appellation situated in the South of Bourgogne. Saint-Véran is one of the 5 Village appellations with Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Vinzelles, Pouilly-Loché and Viré-Clessé. Like them, it produces only white wines from the Chardonnay grape.
