The wine region of Bönnigheim is located in the region of Württemberg of Germany. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Dautel or the Domaine Kolle produce mainly wines red. On the nose of Bönnigheim often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or oak and sometimes also flavors of spices, red fruit. In the mouth of Bönnigheim is a with a nice freshness.
We currently count 2 estates and châteaux in the of Bönnigheim, producing 2 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Bönnigheim go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, veal or game (deer, venison).
