The wine region of Dalsheim is located in the region of Rheinhessen of Germany. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Reinhard Seidel or the Domaine Rappenhof produce mainly wines white and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Dalsheim are Riesling, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Gewurztraminer, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Dalsheim often reveals types of flavors of earth, tropical fruit.
In the mouth of Dalsheim is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 4 estates and châteaux in the of Dalsheim, producing 6 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Dalsheim go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or spicy food.
