The wine region of Shida Kakheti is located in the region of Kakheti of Georgia. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Guramishvili's Marani or the Domaine Lapati Wines produce mainly wines sparkling, white and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Shida Kakheti are Goruli mtsvane, Khikhvi and Chinuri, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Shida Kakheti often reveals types of flavors of tree fruit, citrus fruit or red fruit.
