Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Les Vignerons de la Vicomté or the Domaine Marié produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Vicomte d'Aumelas are Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Mourvèdre, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
