Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Isabelle et Denis Pommier or the Le Domaine d'Henri produce mainly wines white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Chablis 1er Cru 'Troesmes' are Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Chablis 1er Cru 'Troesmes' often reveals types of flavors of tropical, citrus or butter and sometimes also flavors of green apple, minerality or stone.
