Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Albert Mann or the Domaine Weinbach produce mainly wines white and sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Alsace Grand Cru 'Furstentum' are Gewurztraminer, Pinot gris and Riesling, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
