The wine region of Huailai is located in the region of Hebei of China. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Great Wall or the Domaine Great Wall produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Huailai are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Huailai often reveals types of flavors of tree fruit, citrus fruit or oak and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, spices.
We currently count 2 estates and châteaux in the of Huailai, producing 12 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Huailai go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or spicy food.
