The wine region of Malleco Valley is located in the region of South of Chile. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Viña Aquitania or the Domaine Volcanes produce mainly wines white, red and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Malleco Valley are Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Riesling, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Malleco Valley often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or microbio and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, oak or tree fruit.
In the mouth of Malleco Valley is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 10 estates and châteaux in the of Malleco Valley, producing 24 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Malleco Valley go well with generally quite well with dishes of pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna etc) or vegetarian.
