The wine region of Kelowna is located in the region of Okanagan Valley of British Columbia of Canada. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Quails' Gate or the Domaine Ciao Bella produce mainly wines red, sparkling and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Kelowna are Pinot blanc, Zweigelt and Pinot noir, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Kelowna often reveals types of flavors of red fruit, non oak or earth and sometimes also flavors of microbio, vegetal or oak.
In the mouth of Kelowna is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 8 estates and châteaux in the of Kelowna, producing 11 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Kelowna go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, veal or game (deer, venison).
