The wine region of Trakiiska Nizina is located in the region of Thrace of Bulgaria. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Santa Sarah or the Domaine Santa Sarah produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Trakiiska Nizina are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Mavrud and Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
