Belgian sparkling AOP (2008) using traditional method (≥9 months on lees, yield 95 hL/ha close to Champagne), cool temperate continental climate. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Meunier exclusively as signatures in sparkling whites and rosés with lively notes of green apple, citrus, brioche, white flowers and a crisp mineral-saline touch, fine bubbles and Walloon acidity. Star estates: Chenoy, Bioul, Ruffus.
