DAC Schilcherland in western Austrian Styria (350-550 m, gneiss and slate soils): indigenous Blauer Wildbacher signature exclusive rose (~406 ha) under the name Schilcher — pale crimson rose, vibrant acidity and exceptional freshness, playful aromas of red berries (cherry, redcurrant), herbaceous notes of nettle, thyme and rosemary, rustic and nervous expression.
