The wine region of Great Western is located in the region of Grampians of Victoria of Australia. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Best's or the Domaine Best's produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Great Western are Riesling, Pinot noir and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Great Western often reveals types of flavors of pineapple, slate or earth and sometimes also flavors of microbio, vegetal or oak.
In the mouth of Great Western is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 14 estates and châteaux in the of Great Western, producing 50 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Great Western go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or game (deer, venison).
