The wine region of Paraje Altamira is located in the region of Uco Valley of Mendoza of Argentina. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Susana Balbo or the Domaine Achaval-Ferrer produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Paraje Altamira are Malbec, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet franc, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
