Mâcon geographical denomination (2005) in the commune of Azé (84 ha Chardonnay, 15 ha Gamay): Chardonnay whites (615,000 bottles/year) with a golden robe, intense aromas of orchard fruits (peach, apricot, quince) and white acacia blossom. Lively attack with an acidic frame that extends the finish. Gamay in reds and rosés.
