The Maurice Grumier Estate is a Champagne winery located in the town of Ay, a few kilometers southeast of Reims. Founded in 1950 by Maurice Grumier in the village of Gueux on land that his family had owned since the 17th century, the Maurice Grumier Estate is a family vineyard that spans 20 hectares across four distinct plots. It produces traditional method Champagne as well as a smaller selection of biodynamic method Champagne, made from Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grapes, all meticulously selected and hand-assembled. All products are environmentally friendly.
