Colourful, lively reds with a deep purple robe, supple tannins and high acidity. Intense aromas of black cherry, blackberry, plum, coffee and characteristic smoky notes. Dense palate, tense finish. Nearly banned in France, it is the signature of northern Canadian reds (Ontario, Nova Scotia) and the north-eastern US (New York). The wine region of Quebec

Booming Canadian vineyard (~70 estates, 400+ ha), an extreme continental climate (-36 C) imposing hardy hybrid grapes. A world-renowned speciality: golden ice wines with signature notes of honey, candied apricot, yellow peach, mango and crisp acidity, a sweet-lively balance — made from frozen-harvested Vidal. Fruity Frontenac reds (cherry, plum, spice), lively Seyval Blanc and Saint-Pepin whites (citrus, white flowers). 1.

The word of the wine: Millerandage

Poor fertilization of some grapes at the time of flowering in cold or rainy weather. Milled grapes do not grow and usually do not contain seeds.
