Supple, fruity reds to drink young with a clear ruby robe, supple tannins and a light palate, featuring signature aromas of strawberry, raspberry, banana (Beaujolais Nouveau with carbonic maceration) and floral notes (peony). Star of the ten Beaujolais AOC crus (Moulin-à-Vent, Morgon, Fleurie, Brouilly…) and Beaujolais-Villages AOC, the typical expression of granitic soils. Official synonym of French Gamay from Burgundy, as opposed to teinturiers (Bouze, Chaudenay, Fréaux).

The wine region of Sarica Niculitel

Romanian DOP of Dobrogea (southeast) between the Danube, Delta and Macin mountains, limestone soils on basalt substrate, temperate continental and windy climate. Signature Feteasca Neagra as native red king: structured and spiced with black cherry, plum, blackberry, undergrowth, leather and peppery touch, firm tannins and ageing — Romanian black emblem. Floral Feteasca Alba and Aligote in fresh whites, supple Babeasca Neagra in light red. Merlot and Cabernet as complement.

The word of the wine: Terroir

Strictly speaking, the notion of terroir corresponds to the geological characteristics of a vineyard. However, when we talk about terroir, we take into account the soil, the climate (even the microclimate), the flora, the fauna, and the human factor that characterizes the practices that make up the art of the craft.
