Discover the grape variety: Negroamaro

Powerful, structured reds with an almost black inky hue, firm tannins and a solar dense palate, with intense aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberry, plum), tobacco, leather, Mediterranean herbs, spices, liquorice and balsamic notes with a signature bitter finish. The wine region of Lechkhumi

Small elite wine region of western Georgia (mountain valleys between Racha and Svaneti), clay-limestone terroirs at altitude. Usakhelouri rare indigenous grape ("the nameless") as legendary semi-sweet red signature with intense notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, ripe cherry and a floral-spiced refined touch, unique velvety balance. Tsolikouri in a lively, mineral white, sublime in semi-sweet honeyed Tvishi. Qvevri method.

The wine region of Racha-Lechkhumi

Prestigious small region in north-west Georgia in the high Caucasus valleys, altitude vineyards on schisto-calcareous soils. Aleksandrouli is the native king in reds: full-bodied and rich with notes of black cherry, blackberry, plum, spices and a floral touch, dense tannins — blended with Mujuretuli for the flagship Khvanchkara (legendary semi-sweet red, favourite of Stalin). Rare native Usakhelauri and Otskhanuri Sapere. Textured Tsolikouri in whites.

The word of the wine: Flintstone

Said of an aroma that evokes the smell of flint just from sparking.
