Discover the grape variety: Corvina Grossa

Supple, fruity reds with a clear to intense ruby colour, silky tannins and charming palate, showing signature aromas of red fruits (cherry, morello cherry, raspberry), gentle spices, violet and typical bitter notes. Airy profile for early or short-aged drinking. Contributes to Valpolicella DOC and Bardolino DOC blends, adding roundness and fruitiness. The wine region of Tokaj

Cradle of the legendary Tokaji Aszú, "king of wines" per Louis XIV. Noble sweet wines based on Furmint (lively acidity prone to botrytis) and floral Hárslevelű ("linden leaf"): amber robe, signature aromas of honey, candied apricot, quince, orange peel, saffron, sustained sugar balanced by tense acidity. Measured in "puttonyos" (3 to 6) with Aszú Eszencia at the top. Also dry Furmint on the rise, straight and mineral.

The word of the wine: Burgundy melon

A white grape variety from Burgundy that is not widely used in its native region, but has spread to the Nantes region. It is the exclusive variety of Muscadet. It gives a dry pale yellow wine, supple and lively, with an intense bouquet, to which maturing on lees gives fatness and aromatic complexity.
