Nestled in the idyllic valley of Napa in California, USA, Corra Estate is a unique celebration of nature and wine. Established in 2004 by Celia Welch, a distinguished vintner, Corra Estate was thus named in tribute to the Celtic goddess of wine and fertility, reflecting the estate's commitment to honor nature's gifts. Occupying about 24 hectares of land, Corra Estate is incorporated into the picturesque landscape with harmonious majesty. The estate has vineyards spread across the three main AVA (American Viticultural Area) wine regions of Napa Valley: Rutherford, Oakville, and Pritchard Hill, each contributing its distinct characteristics to the flavor palette of the wines produced. Passionate and determined, Celia Welch produces exceptional wines at Corra Estate. The philosophy of the estate is simple: create wines that accurately reflect the unique terroir of the Napa Valley while preserving the beauty and integrity of the vineyard. To achieve this goal, the estate adopts sustainable viticulture practices, including minimalist winemaking methods and deliberately low yields to ensure optimal quality. Corra Estate's wine collection is designed to testify to the richness and complexity of the Napa terroir. It favors Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, known for their power, structure, and ability to age gracefully. Every vintage is a pure expression of the terroir, revealing an opulent bouquet of ripe fruits, spices, and mineral nuances, backed by a refreshing acidity and silky tannins. The appeal of Corra Estate extends beyond its wines.
