A typical Béarnais profile in both dry and off-dry styles. A component of the characterful whites of Béarn and Jurançon AOC, blended with Camaralet de Lasseube and Gros Manseng. The wine region of Berks County

Family vineyards of southern Pennsylvania (Lehigh Valley AVA, shale-sandstone soils, morning mists). Cabernet Franc: fine, spiced red with cherry, raspberry, bell pepper, herbs and a fresh-savoury finish. Grüner Veltliner and Albariño: bright, saline whites with citrus, green apple, white pepper and a mineral-iodine note. Chardonnay and Chambourcin hybrid in blends.

The wine region of Pennsylvania

Historic East Coast vineyard (planted from 1683 by William Penn). Cabernet Franc as flagship: fresh, peppery reds with notes of raspberry, ripe bell pepper, violet and fresh herbs, supple tannins. Colourful, fruity Chambourcin hybrid (cherry, plum), off-dry Vidal Blanc with exotic fruit, aromatic Traminette (rose, lychee). Also mineral Riesling and Chardonnay.

The word of the wine: Hygrometry

Humidity level of the cellar necessary for a good ageing of the wines. The recommended hygrometry is around 70% in order to guarantee a good elasticity of the corks while preserving the labels.
