Star of Sardinia (Vermentino di Gallura DOCG), Liguria, coastal Tuscany (Bolgheri) and Corsica. Also in Provence and Languedoc-Roussillon as Rolle. An autochthonous Mediterranean variety.

Pecorino adds complexity and length, Passerina floral freshness. Refreshing with antipasti.
