Shiraz is the signature red: elegant and spicy with notes of red and black fruits, pepper, dark chocolate, and a floral touch, fine tannins. Chardonnay is the signature white: taut and mineral with notes of citrus, golden apple, and a lightly toasted touch. Cabernet, Tempranillo, Semillon, and Sauvignon Blanc as complements.
