Aragonese Vino de la Tierra (1999) on the slopes of the Sierra del Jalón (Zaragoza), old dry-farmed vines in a continental Mediterranean climate. Garnacha Tinta dominant signature (often century-old vines): bright ruby, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, garrigue and pepper touch, rounded tannins and vibrant fruit. Fresh whites and juicy rosés as complements. Frontonio the local flagship (Telescópico, Botijo).
