Veltlinske zelene (Gruner Veltliner) as a signature: lively and spicy with notes of white apple, white pepper, lemon, fresh herbs and a mineral touch, a taut palate. Fresh Welschriesling, supple Muller-Thurgau, taut Riesling, lively Sauvignon.
