Exceptionally versatile whites: crisp mineral dry, honeyed medium-sweet, concentrated botrytised sweet or fine sparkling; pale golden to amber robe, ample palate with beautiful preserved acidity, with signature aromas of yellow fruits (quince, apple), honey, white flowers (acacia) and tuffeau notes.
