The wine region of San Severo is located in the region of Pouilles of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine d'Arapri or the Domaine d'Arapri produce mainly wines red, sparkling and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of San Severo are Pinot noir, Nero d'Avola and Primitivo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of San Severo often reveals types of flavors of non oak, oak or black fruit and sometimes also flavors of apples, honey or earth.
