The wine region of Shanxi of China. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Grace (怡园酒庄) or the Domaine Grace (怡园酒庄) produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Shanxi are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet franc, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
