Blauburgunder (Pinot Noir, majority) is the signature red: fine and silky with red cherry, raspberry, undergrowth and a spiced note, melted tannins. Räuschling is the rare native white (nearly exclusive to the canton): dry and mineral with citrus, white flowers and a herbaceous note, taut acidity. Fresh Müller-Thurgau as a complement.
