The wine region of Shumen of Bulgaria. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Tsarev Brod or the Domaine Tsarev Brod produce mainly wines white, red and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Shumen are Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Riesling, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
