The wine region of Gozo of Malta. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Ta Mena - Marsamena Wines or the Domaine Marsovin produce mainly wines red, white and pink. Canada’s wine community is mourning the sudden loss of beloved Ontario winemaker Paul Pender. Passing away at the age of just 54, Pender died ‘unexpectedly under tragic circumstances’ on 4 February, 2022, as announced by sister wineries Tawse and Redstone. Police seize counterfeit Penfolds wines in China
Police raids in Jiangsu province uncovered more than 8,000 bottles of counterfeit Penfolds wines as part of a larger anti-fraud investigation spanning several regions of China, reported the Vino-Joy publication, citing local media.
