Albanian wine (Albanian: Vera Shqiptare) is produced in several regions of Albania located in the Mediterranean basin. The country has one of the oldest wine-making traditions, dating back to the Ice and Bronze Ages, when the ancient Illyrians inhabited the country's territory about 3,000 years ago.
