The wine region of Central of Uruguay. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine El Capricho or the Domaine El Capricho produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Central are Tannat, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Tempranillo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
